Instagram Content Archive With Media Backup, Excel, and PDF
A jewelry-industry client needed to preserve public Instagram content that might soon be removed. Orzaen archived two approved accounts, downloaded the available images and videos, uploaded media copies to organized cloud storage, mapped original and backup references in Excel, and generated date-labelled PDF archives for visual review.

This project was not a standard content scrape. The client needed both a structured dataset and a preservation copy because the source content might soon be deleted.
Orzaen combined post extraction, media downloading, cloud uploading, link reconciliation, spreadsheet generation, and date-labelled PDF rendering in one urgent delivery workflow. The final handoff gave the client both machine-readable records and a visually browsable archive for two jewelry accounts.

How the system moved from problem to controlled execution.
Problem
The client believed two public jewelry accounts might remove their Instagram posts and needed a usable archive under an urgent deadline. Metadata alone was insufficient because the underlying photos and videos also needed preservation. Carousel posts could contain several media files. The final spreadsheet had to connect the current Instagram references with independent backup locations. The client also wanted a visual PDF presentation with dates shown on each post representation. One of the final PDF archives exceeded 1 GB, so delivery needed to support large files outside the contract messaging interface.
System Built
Orzaen built an extraction-and-archive workflow for the two approved public accounts. Post metadata, dates, visible engagement fields, and comments were structured in Excel, while images and videos were downloaded and uploaded to the client's cloud folder. Original Instagram references and backup media locations were mapped in the workbook. A separate screenshot-style PDF archive was generated for each account with post dates displayed for visual review. Final media, spreadsheets, and large PDFs were delivered through organized cloud storage, and the client approved both milestones.
What Changed
Two public Instagram accounts were preserved as structured and visual archives. Available photos and videos received independent cloud-storage copies. Original source references and backup media locations were mapped in Excel. Date-labelled PDF outputs made the post history browsable without relying on Instagram.
