Instagram Follower Consolidation Across 19 Jewelry Accounts
A jewelry wholesaler needed the follower audiences of 19 industry accounts collected, normalized, and consolidated. Orzaen structured one row per unique public profile, removed cross-account duplicates, and retained publicly listed identity, business, contact, website, and location fields when available.

Master Output
A jewelry wholesaler did not need 19 disconnected follower lists. The useful asset was one combined industry-audience dataset in which repeated profiles were resolved and public business context remained usable.
Orzaen built the collection and consolidation workflow around normalized Instagram handles, then structured the available public profile fields into one master output. The result replaced overlapping source lists with a cleaner audience database for the client's own qualification and outreach processes.
Behind the Scenes
How the system moved from problem to controlled execution.
Problem
The client wanted to understand the combined follower audience around 19 jewelry industry accounts, but the same people could follow several of those accounts. Separate follower exports would multiply overlapping profiles. Public names, business names, contact details, links, and locations were not available in one consistent structure. The estimated unique audience was approximately 222,000 profiles, making manual consolidation impractical. The final file needed one row per unique profile with consistent formatting for import into the client's own systems.
System Built
Orzaen collected the in-scope follower audiences, normalized Instagram handles and profile URLs, and merged the records into a master profile dataset. Cross-account duplicate handles were resolved so each unique profile could appear once, while source-account membership could be retained for overlap review when required. For accessible public profiles, Orzaen captured the requested identity, profile, business, contact, link, and location fields when published. Missing values remained blank instead of being inferred, and the final spreadsheet was formatted for structured review and import.
What Changed
Nineteen separate follower audiences were consolidated into one structured workflow. Cross-account duplicates were resolved at the profile level. The project was designed around an estimated unique audience of approximately 222,000 profiles. Public identity, business, contact, link, and location fields were organized when available. The final master format supported direct import into the client's downstream systems.
